Terms of service
These draft terms describe how the Proofline private beta is meant to work. They are a template and will be replaced by reviewed terms, which you will be asked to accept, before you use Proofline with real money.
The beta
Proofline is in private beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we improve it. We will tell beta customers about material changes in advance where we can.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization and for keeping API keys and store credentials safe. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data and your users’ data
You own your data. We process your users’ data only to provide Proofline, as your processor, under a data processing agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share that data with us and for describing Proofline accurately in your own privacy disclosures.
Creator payouts
Commission calculations follow the rules you configure. During the beta you pay creators yourself; Proofline calculates amounts and records payouts you mark as paid. Where payouts run through a payment provider, that provider’s terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Proofline to fingerprint devices, to track people across other companies’ apps or websites, to break app store rules, or to mislead creators or users. Creator landing pages include a commission disclosure; don’t remove it.
Fees
Beta pricing is shown on the pricing page. Design partners receive the agreed free period. We will give notice before any price applies to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Proofline is provided “as is” during the beta, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using Proofline at any time and ask us to export or delete your data. We can end the beta with reasonable notice.
